Today I am thinking about nature. About wood, and wind, and water. Clay and iron and stone. Warm wools and leathers. Things that speak to me, and with which I want to fill my new home with.
About all the plastic that I don't want to fill my home with.
All the physical and mental things that I want to pack and take with me to a new life.
And all the things that I don't.
I'm thinking about tribes.
Seeking them. Finding them. Finding mine.
Villages raising children.
Asking for help.
Help me, little village!
I'm also thinking about tomorrow. All that has to be done. And the joy that it will all bring if it all flows together nicely. And the whatever it will bring if it doesn't.
Whatever. Either way, it's all good.
